Calculation of total area of lands
In accordance with Section 653C (as amended by Section 653M) of the Act, local authorities are required to specify the toal area, in hectares, of land that satisfies the relevant criteria in relation to RZLT in its functional area. In the case of the draft annual, please note the following:
All land on the final RZLT Map: 1,144.414 hectares
New land proposed for inclusion in Draft RZLT Map: 20.004 hectares
Land proposed to be removed in Draft RZLT Map: 1.263 hectares
