Offaly County Council have completed 3 projects under RRDF funding to date:
Edenderry Masterplan which was approved in February 2018 and provides a 15-year vision for the Blundell area with an emphasis on innovation and builds on the strengths and assets of Edenderry.

Edenderry Regeneration Phase I, a Category 1 application, was approved in November 2019 and created a new link street, Blundell Avenue between Granary Court and Fairgreen which was officially opened by Minister for Community & Rural Development Heather Humphreys in April 2022.

Banagher Regeneration Project, a Category 2 application was approved in June 2020 and resulted in a comprehensive masterplan for the marina and it’s environs being published in April 2024 which sets out a vision to enhance the marina which will improve the built fabric, waterway access and green infrastructure in Banagher.
