The preliminary design for the proposed Tullamore Cycle Network Phase 1 has been completed.
Phase 1 covers the area of the town north of the Grand Canal. The aim of the project is to provide a safe and comfortable infrastructure for cyclists and pedestrians in this sector of Tullamore.
Prior to commencement of the statutory Part 8 consultation procedure, an open drop-in information day will be held on Tue 2nd April at the offices of Tullamore Municipal District ( Acre’s Hall, Cormac St.) from 14:30 until 19:30.
Drawings of the proposed scheme will be on display and members of staff will be on-hand to discuss the proposed scheme and answer any queries.
All members of the public are invited to drop in at any time on the afternoon of 2nd April and all observations and suggestions concerning the proposed scheme are most welcome.
