XL Bully Registration Sessions at Offaly Libraries

Offaly Libraries will host information and registration sessions this January ahead of new legislation coming in for XL Bully dog breeds in the following locations:

Offaly County Council will be on hand to help owners complete their registrations and obtain their certificate of exemption.
