The Council gives notice of its intention & DECISION to temporarily close the abovementioned road in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 (S.I 197 of 1993) and Part 8 of the Roads Regulations 1994 AT L-5015 Botley Lane Portarlington from the junction with the R419 at Droughill to the junction of the L-50151-1 in Kilmalogue.
