The Council gives notice of its intention & DECISION to temporarily close the abovementioned road in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 (S.I 197 of 1993) and Part 8 of the Roads Regulations 1994 AT L-2025-1 Toberleheen Ballinagar from the junction with the R402 in Ballinagar to the junction of the N52 Tullamore By-Pass at Cappincur.
From Monday 23/10/2023 08:00 to Tuesday 24/10/2023 18:00 for the purpose of Road Surfacing Works.
Local Access Arrangements will be in Place.
Diversions will be in place via the R402 Ballinagar to Ballina Cross and the R420 to Tullamore.
