As a safety precaution and in the public interest the revised opening hours for all Civic Amenity sites in Co. Offaly are as follows 10am to 4pm (Last admissions are 3:30pm) due to the current Yellow Cold Weather warning and dangerous conditions of the roads. These business hours are subject to daily review.
Derryclure Civic Amenity Site
The recycling centre is located beside Derryclure Waste & Recycling Facility site on the Killeigh road from Tullamore. Phone: 057 9344186

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30 (closes at 16.00 November to January)
Saturday 08.00 – 15.00

- Single Axle Trailer €10
- Double Axle Trailer €20
- Small Van €10 Large Van €20
- Residual/black bag waste: €4 per bag
- Compostable/food waste: €1 per 12/15 ltr bag
- Mattresses: Charge per mattress- Double Mattress €18 Single Mattress €10
- Furniture: Pay by Weight.
- Rubble: Pay by weight €35/tonne Minimum charge €4 (up to 100kg)

For householder/domestic use only. No Commercial Waste allowed.
Please note the following:
- Only 5 paint cans per vehicle are permitted.
- Waste Oil: Max volume is 5 litres
- All credit/debit cards and cash are accepted for payment at the Transfer Area and cash only is accepted for payment at the Recycling Facility
- Pay By Weight is per Tonne with minimum charge of €9
