Air Pollution Complaint Reporting

In Ireland, air pollution is monitored by both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Local Authorities. The main laws dealing with air pollution in Ireland are the Air Pollution Act 1987 and the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992;

When making an Air Pollution complaint please provide as much information as possible to facilitate a prompt response. Please describe the issue providing accurate details on the location of the issue, for example an Eircode, GPS co-ordinates, a full address or detailed directions. Please provide a contact phone number to allow a follow up call from our enforcement team if required.
