In accordance with Section 43 of the Planning & Development (Amendment) Act, 2018, Pre-Planning consultation with Offaly County Council is now required for residential development (with more than 10 houses) and non-residential development (with more than 1,000 sq. metres gross floor space).
Please be advised there is a waiting period of between 4-10 weeks.
