Offaly Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) is developing a community-led Local Development Strategy for communities in Offaly to inform how LEADER funding can best be used within the County. The key feature of the LEADER programme is ensuring a community-led approach in both the preparation, and implementation, of the Local Development Strategy. Most importantly, the strategy will be informed and guided by local communities, organisations and businesses.
The themes for the next round of LEADER programme funding are outlined below.
