I have lost a document. How can I get a replacement?
You need the following :
(1) Application for Replacement Documents [ Form RF 134 ] declaring what document(s) have been lost and have this form witnessed and stamped by a member of the Garda Siochana.
(2) Fee.
The current replacement fees are as follows :
- Vehicle Registration Book – €12
- Tax Disc – €6
- Trailer Licence Card – €6.00
- Trade Plates (motorcycle) – €38
- Trade Plates (all other vehicles) – €86
