The Aontas Adult Learners Festival takes place Monday, 3rd to Friday, 7th March. This week-long festival runs across the island of Ireland to celebrate learning at any age and to raise awareness of the benefits of going back to education.
During the festival, Birr and Clara libraries will be hosting information sessions to showcase some of the free resources the library has to offer adult learners.
Drop into Clara Library on Wednesday, 5th March from 11:00-13:00 or Birr Library on Thursday, 6th March from 10:30-11:30 where a librarian will be available to demonstrate some of our online resources. Learn about free online courses, our language learning app, e-books, audio books and more!
