Under the following Road Traffic Acts / Regulations Roads Act, 1993, Section 75 Temporary closing of roads Road Regulations 1994, Article 12, Offaly County Council gives notice of the intention & decision to close the following road at the following location:
R402-8 Clonad Daingean between the junction of the L1014-1 in Daingean to the junction of the L-10205-1 in Ballinagar. O
ON and/or BETWEEN the following dates & times – Monday 30/09/2024 to Thursday 3/10/2024 between 07:00 and 18:00, for the purpose of Essential Road Repairs.
Diversion Routes as follows:
HGV – HGV’s to divert via R400 South at Mountlucas to Portarlington and via the R420 from Portarlington towards Tullamore.
Cars/ Light vehicles – Via the L-1014 from Daingean through Gorteenkeel, L-5034 to Ballykeane and R420 towards Geashill/ Tullamore.
