Birr Vintage Week & Arts Festival is back! Join Birr Library for the 56th Annual Birr Vintage Week from 2-10 August. Experience a week filled with festivities, fun and fantastic memories.
We have a range of family-friendly events during the week including a Teddy Bear Storytime, Craft Sessions* and a Family Movie Morning.
We also have a Rachel Cleary taking full advantage of the acoustics and atmosphere or our beautiful library with a special tribute to Irish Female Artists on Friday 9th August at 15:00.
Artefacts from the Leinster Regiment, as well as an impressive display of international medals, will be on exhibition for the month of August in the Atrium.
On Saturday, August 10th, all are welcome to attend the ‘Pop-Up Gaeltacht’ from 11:00 where tea, refreshments and chats as Gaeilge will be on offer.
All events are free and everyone is welcome. *Vintage Week Craft session is now fully booked*
