Tá fáilte roimh léirithe spéise ag Comhairle Contae Uíbh Fhailí lena mbreithniú mar Chathaoirleach ar Chomhpháirtíochtaí Sábháilteachta Pobail Áitiúil nua a bhunófar i ngach ceantar Údaráis Áitiúil de réir an Achta Póilíneachta, Slándála agus Sábháilteachta Pobail 2024.
Trí Chomhpháirtíochtaí um Shábháilteacht Pobail Áitiúil (CSPAnna), tabharfar na seirbhísí stáit ábhartha ar fad agus an pobal le chéile ag leibhéal an údaráis áitiúil. Trí seo, déanfar forbairt ar an obair ar tugadh fúithi trí Chomhchoistí Póilíneachta agus cuirfear léi trí chinnte a dhéanamh de go bhfuil na páirtithe leasmhara ábhartha eile ar fad, atá riachtanach le go mbeadh fóram níos iomlánaíche ann i dtaca le díospóireacht agus cinntí maidir le tosaíochtaí pobail, i láthair.
Appointment of Chairperson to the new Local Community Safety Partnerships for County Offaly
Offaly County Council invites expressions of interest for consideration for appointment as Chairperson of a new Local Community Safety Partnerships which is to be established in each Local Authority area in line with the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024.
Local Community Safety Partnerships (LCSPs) will bring all the relevant state services and the community together at local authority level. This will build on the work undertaken through Joint Policing Committees and supplement it by ensuring that all other relevant stakeholders necessary to constitute a more holistic forum for discussion and decisions on community priorities are present.
