Submissions & Observations:
Plans and particulars of the proposed scheme will be available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding
the reasonable cost of making a copy, for a period of 4 weeks from 01/02/2024 to 01/03/2024 during office hours
at the following locations:
Offaly County Council, Aras an Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly.
R35 F893 – Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.00pm.
Edenderry Municipal District, Town Hall, Fr. Kearns Street, Edenderry, County Offaly,
R45 K766 – Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.00pm & 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and
sustainable development of the area in which the proposed development would be situated may be made before
4.00pm on Wednesday the 20th of March 2024, addressed to Mr. Tom Shanahan, Director of Services, Roads
Department, Offaly County Council, Charleville Road, Tullamore, County Offaly R35 F893, and clearly marked “Part
8 – Proposed Road Re-Alignment Works at Monasteroris, Edenderry, Co. Offaly”
Please note that all submissions and observations, including the names of those making such submissions and
observations, will form part of the Chief Executives report to council members in accordance with Section 179(3)
of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 as amended and are therefore subject to public viewing.
