Waste Management Bye-Laws 2009

Offaly County Council has made a bye-law regulating the storage, presentation, segregation and collection of household waste in its functional area, which in this instance includes the towns of Tullamore and Birr.

As part of these Bye-laws a brown bin will be delivered to your door over the coming weeks by your Waste collector. This brown bin will accept biowaste such as food and garden waste.
